E-Marketing Manager
(North of Boston)


The Company
Our client, a privately owned $75M+ soft goods manufacturer north of 
Boston, is a long-standing leader in promotional products and has been the 
winner of many distributor awards for service, sales support and product 
design. The company employees over 400 employees in the US and abroad.

The Position
The E-Marketing Manager will report directly to the Director of Marketing 
and will be responsible for creating and executing the e-marketing vision 
for the Company. The E-Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating 
and managing e-marketing communication programs that deliver customer 
goals, as well as keep abreast on industry trends regarding e-marketing 
opportunities. The E-Marketing Manager will also envision, design and 
develop the application of e-marketing techniques to ensure the Company's 
position as an industry leader. The E-Marketing Manager will be based out 
of the Corporate Office. There will be occasional travel (10-15%).

Experience
The successful candidate must have a minimum of five years' e-marketing 
management experience. The E-Marketing Manager must possess strong 
analytical skills, strong program/project management skills with the 
ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to work well in a 
dynamic fast-paced environment. The E-Marketing Manager must be hands-on, 
detail-oriented, self-motivated, results oriented, be an effective 
communicator, as well as possess excellent HTML, Excel, Word and PowerPoint 
skills.

Education
A BS/BA degree is required, emphasis in Marketing preferred.
