Bishop & Associates is looking for a proposal from a seasoned professional
website developer in the Chicago area who can help us launch a new web site 
that will require membership subscription, renewal and e-commerce 
capabilities, along with a few  Additional features.  What we need to do...

A) Create a new subscription based website with the following
capabilities:

1)    Subscriptions
The content of this website will be for subscribers only. It will
require a subscription form that will capture name, title, company, address,
phone/fax numbers, email address and a credit card for billing. There will
be an initial subscription fee, plus a monthly fee that is automatically
billed.

The information on the form should be verified to be insure that all
required fields have been input and then returned if items are missing,
the credit card info needs to be checked, validated/approved and then a
member ID # for access to the site needs to be automatically assigned and
emailed to the subscriber.

We would also need a way for the subscriber to cancel their
subscription online and to be notified of the cancellation.

2)   Usage Tracking
We need to be able to access reports on who has accessed the website by
member ID#  to determine who is using the site and how often.

3)   Shopping cart
Need an ecommerce solution to sell products online and securely process
credit card transactions.

How are the orders sent to Bishop & Associates for fulfillment of this
transaction?

4) Accounting
Need to capture accounting data for subscriptions, cancellations,
purchases etc. Is this done through online software, or is data downloaded
into an accounting program?

B) For our current website www.connectorindustry.com

1) We need to integrate an ecommerce shopping cart solution that
provides secure online credit card transactions.

Bishop & Associates currently processes all purchases manually. We do
have an online merchant account that is used to process credit card
transactions if this is helpful.
