Instead of

top.location.href = this.options[this.selectedIndex].value

use

frame1.location.href = this.options[this.selectedIndex].value

where frame1 is the frame's name

Subject: javascript question

| I'm using the following javascript code:
|
| <form
|      action=""
|      method="post"
| ><select
|      id="form"
|      name="menu"
|      onchange="top.location.href =
this.options[this.selectedIndex].value;"
| ><option
|      value="$www/cgi-bin/column_framer.pl?U+$track+01000005"
|      SELECTED
| >Blank</option><option
|      value="$www/cgi-bin/column_framer.pl?U+$track+01000006"
| >Another_Blank</option></select>
|
| which changes the page based on the location object. Could anyone explain
| how to use this but only use it to change a frame rather than the entire
| page?
|
| Christopher
