You still aren't looking closely enough

The tool requires that you use a 4.0 browser or above to USE THE TOOL

However, THE SCRIPTS IT WILL GENERATE WILL WORK IN ANY BROWSER UNLESS YOU
SELECT A SCRIPT DESIGNED ONLY FOR 4.0 AND ABOVE BROWSERS
