Points System

Does anyone know of a script that works with a user database where the users
can earn points and then use those points to redeem things.

It can be either Perl or PHP, and use a MySQL database or not.  I have
looked around for something, but have had no luck.

Basically, it would work this way.  The user registers to be a part of the
program, and then they are offered links to visit.  Their visits are logged
and they earn points for those visits.  The earned points can be redeemed
for gift certificates or other items.

If anyone has anything like this or can point me in the right direction,
that would be great.
