VBScript to VB.NET transition

I was just looking for a show of hands of those out there who have actually
gone so far as to convert their ASP 3.0 site to the new .NET standard.

Considering the size of our company's site, I see such a conversion as an
enormous undertaking:  re-writing scores of pages in a new language  I'm not
at all familiar with (pick any one of the three Micro$oft forces you to use:
C#, VB.NET, or JScript.NET).

I'm curious how many people who have converted, what was the size of your
site, and how long did it take?  Considering the learning curve and overall
time constraints, it doesn't seem like the end justifies the means.
