Hi, folks!

Many thanks to everyone who replied to me; you should have received a
bcc copy of this (just a courtesy!).

I have finally (phew) found a solution to my problem (not, however, to
my recent loss of hair in hand-sized lumps, lol!).

We finally found out what the problem with the original scripts (both
perl and NT based) were; it seems that blat is not properly addressed
by previous scripts, however, all attempts to get them working failed,
and we still don't know why (the techies at fasthosts ain't got a clue
why it didn't work either, and they're still trying to figure out
what's gone wrong).

So, instead of flogging a dead horse, we sought another solution.

This involves a (gasp) ASP script, which is loosley based on Matts
Script Archive "FormMail.pl".

It can be found at www.brainjar.com (what a name - reminds me of
Futurama(tm), lol) - look for the formmail.asp script.

Configuration was a breeze and, as it uses CDONTS, a component that we
knew was correctly loaded (thanks to the techies at fasthosts), it
worked first time.

Once again, many thanks for all your replies, and I sincerely hope
that I can return the favour some time - happy coding!

Best regards,

Roger Stenning
