You would have to write your own program that would do this or buy a
sendmail compatible program for NT
I have written my own which is simillar to the Un*x sendmail, I could send
the source to you, its written in C++
and uses WinSock. If your behind a firewall this may not be acceptable but
anything inside a firewall or if no
firewall is in place, it should work.

Let me know if you want it and I will try to locate the source.
