</html> gives a parse error

Hi everybody,
PHP gives the error:
Parse error: parse error in C:\HTTPD\HTDOCS\mystuff\InfoEdit\register.php3 on
line 198

The only thing on line 198 is the tag </HTML>

Any ideas what PHP might have against it?
