news problem

Hi there,

I'd like to add streaming news to a webpage, the page I'd like it on can be
found at: http://digibeet.com/gwb/hometabb.html

The script I'm inserting is:

I'm trying to place it just under the tabbar at the top of the page. The
news bar is showing up but it's stopping the content of the scrolling window
from displaying.  I'm thinking that the scripts are some how clashing with
each other, but have no idea how to combat this.
Anyone have any idea's please?
