Uh .. I thought session variables and objects are stored in server memory
(for the life of the session), whereas cookies are stored on the client's
machine/browser (for whatever life is specified in the response stmt.). And
cookies are not used to transfer parameters from page to page.  Am I missing
something?  Nik's response seems right on.
