Try http://www.terrasite.com/hosting.htm which is very affordable.  I have
been working with them for months on a new ASP site.  They use HumanClick
which has been a real time saver for me when solving configuration problems.
The location of the equipment is Vienna Virginia so they are close to the
backbone.... always an important consideration.
