personally, I go with server side whenever I can because of the browser
issues.

Yeah, it looks kewl to have a box disappear and appear based on user action,
but does it really add value to the application? Just provide clear
instructions on how to use the form and make your life easier.

Hello All,

   I have a javascript that adds or removes a textbox from a form based on a
selection made earlier in the form.  It works great in IE, but I was
wondering if there is any changes I can make to the script to have it work
for my Netscape users as well.  The only option I can think of is making the
form a .cgi and reloading the whole thing and doing the form change on the
server side.
