This is definitely possible, but you're looking at some sort of Server side
Scripting to do this. Be that Perl, PHP, Java, ASP or Server side JavaScript,
but you'll need something on the Server. Depending on what Platform your Server
is running on it can vary what's already Installed and what's not.

What Server are you running this on?... WebServer, OS...

I have a few forms on our intrant that when filled out
I would like a copy sent to the user who originally
filled out the form.  Is there anyway to have them
enter their email address into a text box and then
create a function/form action to post this email to
the address specified in the text box ?  Your help
would be appreciated.
