PHP library for mSQL under Win32 -- where?

Does anyone know where I can locate the PHP library
for Win32 that enables PHP to communicate with an mSQL
database? The site listed in the PHP FAQ,
http://blnet.com/msqlpc/, is now 404

(Yes I know: why not use MySQL instead? I plan to, but
first I gotta finish what I'm doing.)
