sending data to Fax

Hi everyone,
    I have a client that wants to get data from our users through forms and 
have the data sent directly to a fax machine.  Does anyone know if this is 
even possible?  If so, what am I up against?  Where and what do I need to 
look into for getting this functionality.  We are using ASP in an NT 
environment for this site with MS SQL SERVER 7 as the backend.  If you need 
more information please let me know.
