Well, there is a much easier way in Perl with the
venerable old CGI.pm module by using its
scrolling_list() function and setting its -default
argument to an array reference. But I'm using PHP
nowadays because I found that the overhead of starting
the perl interpreter on a busy shared server was
absolutely killing me. Hence the question.
But hey, if this technique is good enough for Cyanide,
it's good enough for me ( :
I wonder: could we not write a clever function that
would do what CGI.pm's does, store it in an external
file and thus save some typing? I bet we could.
