clearing form fields after hitting back button

Hello friends,

I have a javascript question with regard to forms, if
anyone can give me a solution or javascript link I
will be greatly indebted to you!

After filling out this tell a friend form:

http://warmfeeling.userworld.com/html/demopage.html#tellfriend

The user is sent to:

http://warmfeeling.userworld.com/html/exitpage.html

But when the user either hits the back button or uses
the button I supplied, all the form fields are still
filled out (names and emails)....

is there a script or way I can make the form fields
blank/clear out upon hitting the back button??
