Need help with Formmail script config.

I can't get this form to submit.  I have looked at everything several 
times. (They don't call me Magoo for nothing.)  I have verified the 
$mailprog location and the @referers site and IP address.  The writer of 
the script said that was all that was needed for configuration.

I have contacted both the writer and the server administrator and both 
blame the others' product. The script sends this error back on submission:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable 
to complete your
request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster(at)goldsboro.net and inform 
them of the
time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have 
caused the error.
