Clarence. I don't see how this is possible because
If the user is not connected to the Internet, then
he or she will not be able to access the script anyway.

Unless of course you were on an INTRANET, instead of
internet. Or If you were putting it into a browser, or the
page was saved for off line use.

Other than that, I am really sorry that I am no help on your
question.
