Rotating Schedule of promotional products

I am looking for suggestions on the best way to set up a rotating schedule of 
promotional products on our company e-commerce site.  I want to put 
approximately 20 products into a rotation that will pop up on our main 
screen, if a customer chooses to order, they can click on it to take them to 
an order pad where they can fill in the quantity and add it to their shopping 
cart.   We are running on an NT server, our ecommerce site interfaces with 
our main frame software which is written in Progress, the ecommerce package 
is in Webspeed.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
