Books on PHP

Hi there,

Can anyone reccommend any books on PHP?  I'm a complete newbie to 
programming, but I want to learn how to hook up to a database, and basically 
anything else to do with PHP.

Also, all the tutorials that I've found on the web for databases involve PHP 
and MySQL.  What changes would I have to make to use PostgreSQL, as that is 
what is installed on the server?
