Emergency - Need Help - DNS-Cobalt Raq2

I just got a dedicated Cobalt Raq2. I know nothing about DNS. The salesman 
assured me they would set up my primary and secondary DNS for me. I HATE 
SALESMEN!!!

Obviously they didn't set it up. When I called them, they said they don't do 
that. I pointed out that it was written onto my contract that it would be 
done. They said that they don't provide support for setting up your own DNS 
(but yes, it is allowed with the Raq2), and the salesman shouldn't have put 
it onto the contract.

My domain is about to go dark. Is there anyone with a Raq2 that can answer a 
few questions for me about setting up the DNS? We could talk via email, 
telephone, chat room, etc.
