Don't know quite what you mean by "hates the default IIS4 format." I had =
problems where IIS had written numerous log files in Unicode. This =
caused Analog to choke. Never figured out why IIS did that, but I did =
find two pieces of shareware (Simredo and Native2ascii) that will =
convert from Unicode to ASCII. Unfortunately, only one file at a time.
