Which Server

Dear All

I want to install a server on my machine to test perl cgi scripts.  It has
to be one of the free ones.  I am running Windows ME.  I would be interested
in which you all recommend.

I may decide to use the server for other things as I progress in my
knowledge.  So please take this into account I would like a good all
rounder.
