That's a mutually exclusive problem. If you were running a standards based
mail server, it would be no problem and easy to do. But not with Exchange.
You can run list server software, but forget hooking into Exchange.

Subject: Listserv software for Exchange/W2K/W2003
I have been looking (without success)for some listserv software that
will run on our W2K server running Exchange 2000. I want to have
visitors to our site automatically sign up for email newsletters and
distribution lists. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
TIA
