I have a client who has Apache installed but who cannot type a directory
name to get a listing of the directory or see the index file. They need to
add a trailing slash to see this. For example:
www.client.com/webstuff gives a 404 error but
www.client.com/webstuff/ works as expected (shows listing or contents of
index.html)
I know there is a setting to allow the former to be used, I just cannot
recall what it is. We're using Apache 1.2.6. All help appreciated.
