IIS 4.0 doesn't cache anything but ASP. If your problem is with ASP then
look at Article ID: Q189409 on http://support.microsoft.com

Otherwise, shut your browser cache off.

Subject: IIS4 page caching

When IIS receives a HTTP request, does it attempt to retrieve the page from
its cache or does it retrieve the page stored on the drive in the location
specified by the alias?

If it retrieves from cache, how can I refresh the server cache without
stopping and restarting the server? Additionally, can I specify that
certain pages must never be cached?
