You probably need to re-register the log files. Make a batch file like this
and run it (change paths as appropriate):

@echo off
C:
cd \winnt\system32\inetsrv
regsvr32 iislog.dll
pause
regsvr32 iscomlog.dll
pause
regsvr32 logui.ocx

You don't really need the pauses but it let's you see what's going on.

That should give you the logging options.
