Server Outsourcing

Have any of you had server outsourcing experience with either
Exodus or Navisite? If so, can you give any pros or cons
in comparing the two?
A colleague and I met with each one yesterday and toured
some of their facilities and were hoping to get some
feedback from the clients point of view.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated,
