Send Mail SMTP Error

Hi all,

Hi Kathy nice to find you again.  I'm just finishing the Flash course.

The is the error I get
send Error: connect() failed: Unknown error 
Input/output error 

the url to join the ring is 
www.the-creative-mind.net/webring/newring.cgi 

The part of the script is:
