I thought that "CGI" applies to any server-side scripting language. If that
is the case, then ASP qualifies. You can (for a price) also get ASP
functionality under Apache using a program by Chilisoft.

I've used Perl and ASP. If what you want to do is basic form handling,
emailing, and page building, then I think ASP is easier to learn and use.
And it doesn't bomb out if you leave out a semi-colon. ;)
