multi-domain mail on linux

I need to host IMAP servers for several domains running Linux..  I've looked
around for a howto on this, and I havent found anything in too great of
detail..  Anyone have any references or recommended products?  Can sendmail
do this all by itsself?  I've never had any more than 1 domain on a linux
box before..

Any pointers (preferably non-void) would be most appreciated..
