Multiple LDAPs under one Enterprise Server

I USED to know this, but you know what they say about
what's the first to go....

When restricting access in Netscape Enterprise server (v3.6),
in the "Users/Groups" window there's a pull-down list of
LDAP databases.  Right now, there's only one item in that
list  "Default LDAP".  Where's the config file which has
this list.  (Just adding a new instance of the LDAP server
doesn't add to the list.)
