Maybe somebody can enlighten me...

A customer of ours registered a domain name -
halloweenandpartyshow.com - at NSI and has a few web pages
being served off of NSI boxes. So I'm assuming NSI has
the zone file for this domain.

I'm not seeing how to change the zone file, however, from the
NSI web pages so that we can get www.halloweenandpartyshow.com
to point to a different IP address.

So I called NSI and they said changing a zone file is not what
they do since they're not a hosting service. Umm, but they're
host this here prenatal web site....?

In short, NSI has the zone file, but they don't seem willing to
change it. What am I missing?
