bcc

We've got a rather simplistic form which allows a person to
pick a text file and an Email distribution list to send the
selected file to - both are stored on the web server.

All recipients are "Bcc" recipients and these recipients
are all written into the (RFC822) header of the message.

When I upgraded sendmail from 8.6 to 8.8.8 (yes, I know
there's 8.9, now, but the binary apparently isn't available
for IRIX yet), all of those Bcc lines (without the Email
address, just "Bcc:") are showing up in the header when the
recipient receives it and I don't think this happened prior
to upgrade - or am I mistaken?

With hundreds of recipients per message, this sure makes for
a lot of header. Anyway to get rid of all of those empty
"Bcc:" lines?
