Looking for Oracle's Net8

I'm new to how Oracle does things....
I'm wanting to download/use Net8 - formerly SQL*Net.

Apparently, it *used* to be at
http://www.oracle.com/products/free_software/index.html

But not anymore.  How do I get ahold of it?  Is it no longer free?
