Everyone has their bads and goods with organizations/companies.  I could 
probably bring out 5+ bad things I think about the hosting company you are 
with so it doesn't bother me that you had a bad experience.  All I know is I 
have 6 sites hosted with them and the've been the best.  Some things work 
out for some people and some things don't.... thats why they have so many 
out there for us to choose which one is the best for us.  I just recommended 
their service, I didn't say that they are the ONLY ones out there and you 
have to go with them.
