NT and SSI

Hi,

   A friend and I are trying to get an NT server up and running and we are 
having a problem getting SSI to work.  It is not executing the scripts 
called from the html or shtml file ext for SSI.  It will call them but not 
execute them.  Can anyone guide us in the right direction, or suggestions.
