Looking for a Host with the ff features

Hello everyone,

I'm writing 'coz i believe this is one of the best place to ask for 
advice... =) Our company is looking for a hosting company to transfer one of 
our clients' existing hosted web site... our client currently uses CIHost's 
services... But they decided to transfer it.. =)

I've been tasked to do the researching and so i decided to write to u all to 
ask for advice...

Below is the list of the requirements for web hosting services:

Aside from the standard packages offered by typical web hosting companies, 
the ff. must also be provided if ever:

Reseller accounts (hosting provider must be invisible)
CGI-bin for main account and resold accounts
Control panel for main acccount and resold accounts (customizable)
FTP accounts for main acccount and resold accounts
Personal SMTP server for main acccount and resold accounts
Personal POP server for main acccount and resold accounts
Personal Nameservers: NS1.mydomain.com; NS2.mydomain.com
Complete E-commerce solutions: SSL, shopping cart, etc.
