I have been using NetNation ( www.netnation.com ) for a while now, and the 
only thing that they don't offer that I would like is the ability to send 
mail through their servers.  Other than that, they offer more things than 
most of the hosting companies I have used / looked into, and at a very 
reasonable cost.  They are also a domain name registrar, so things might be 
faster going through them.  I have never had any problems.
