HTM to ASP

I have a need to change a web server to IIS. I would like to be able to 
batch rename all of my "htm" files to "asp" to enable an include script 
such I previously implemented with SSI and .shtml.

I should mention that the include files have #exec tags I need to use which 
are NOT implemented in IIS to my knowledge.
