I've run Communigate Pro <http://www.stalker.com/CommuniGatePro/> and it's 
pretty good.  Although I was skeptical at first, the web interface is nice 
because you can administer servers on Solaris, Linux or NT/98 machines 
without having to worry about which one is which.  It also supports about 
every standard there is (even ACAP).  Another nice feature is the web 
interface for mail accounts.
