We have a project for which we need to build an online directory. At first 
glance, we will need:

1) Zip-code or area-code based search for advertisers/members
2) Advertiser logins for account maintenance and log reports
3) Administrator access for site management
4) Banner system for placing advertising for non-search modes

Before we start spec'ing in detail, I wanted to ask if anyone had done 
anything similar, seen anything similar, or might wish to do some sort of 
joint-venture. Of course, open-source is nice, but I guess to be fair we 
should consider all platforms (I expect this to be a dedicated server).

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciatd!
