hwg-servers(at)mlists.com vs hwg-servers(at)hwg.org ?

Apparently there are currently two lists named "hwg-servers", one at
hwg-servers(at)mlists.com and the other at hwg-servers(at)hwg.org.  Both of them 
have welcome messages saying that they are hwg lists.  Is only one of them 
actually being used?  And if they're being used, should they be merged?
