HTTPS certificate working in everything but IE for Mac

A user has reported to me that all the HTTPS urls on the www.tracerlock.com
site, e.g.
https://www.tracerlock.com/graphics/help.gif
are giving him the error "Security error: Data Decryption failure" when he
views them in Internet Explorer on Mac OS X or OS 9. It worked when he
viewed them in iCab for the Macintosh, and they work for me when viewed in
IE 6 or Netscape 4.75 on Windows XP. The user's computer clock is set to
the correct date.
I can't find any google.com or altavista.com matches for the phrase "Data
decryption error", so I was hoping someone might know what's causing
this. Netscape lists the certificate's properties as follows -- everything
looks correct:
