Email forwarding

I am using Sendmail on Redhat 6.1 server.

My client wants ALL email forwarded to his ISP email address.

For example, "any name"(at)frogvalley.com to go to his ISP's email.

I can edit the "virtusertable" file with pico.
(at)frogvalley.com username (added by my interface when I installed VH)

sally(at)frogvalley.com forward1 (added by my server interface)

When I add a forwarding by my interface panel,
it simple adds forwarding of one name (see below)

Also I have a file called  "aliases"

forward1:       joe(at)intrepid.net

but only sally's email is forwarded to "joe(at)intrepid.net

In this case, I want ALL email forwarded (from his site) to "joe(at)intrepid.net".

I cannot seem to add a "wildcard" when forwarding email.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
