telneting on win95/98

Anyone know the quick instructions on how to telnet via a win95/98 machine?

My client is the one with the machine, yet I have to teach them how to 
telnet.  And all I have is a mac.  I'm at a bit of a disadvantage as you can 
tell.

If you consider that I'd be telneting into a "server" you'll look past any 
possibility of this being off-topic.  And if you're curious, it's a UNIX 
server.  Anything more would probably be too much information (I think).

Again, my only need it to know how to activate a telnet session via win95/98. 
 I can follow the rest of the directions that I have from the ISP.
