IE4 Pop-Up Window Problem

Just recently, whenever I went to a page that had a Pop-Up window appear, I
got a message telling me that there was an error with a script on the page,
telling me to debug the script. That's not the point thought, what I want to
know is why is IE4 not accpeting pop-up windows all of a sudden (it did
before) and what can I do to fix it.
