RE: Software packages

ColdFusion should probably do nicely.  What you didn't mention is what
type of network/platform/OS you will be using (Win NT, Unix, Linux,
etc.) or if you're already using specific applications for your
database(s) and accounting system.  Your final solution will depend on
how these things are all tied together.

Able Commerce, an e-commerce application written in ColdFusion will do
most, if not all, what you need including integrating with some
accounting software.  More than likely, however, rolling out the final
application will require some degree of customizing.  I don't know if
Able Commerce or any other application will do everything on your
requirements list "out of the box."

Give us some more details about the current situation and we may be able
to give more solid suggestions.
